ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Driven by a high sense of responsibility towards sustainable development, we manage natural resources wisely, support the use of renewable resources and develop programs aimed at environmental protection, which aim to address the planet's main social and environmental problems.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Acting on a precautionary approach, we have taken a proactive and integrated approach into the day-to-day operations of our hotel.

We aim to reduce our greenhouse gases and our environmental footprint through efficient use of energy and optimizing the use of daylight, with energy saving LED lighting.

With our photovoltaic system, we produce 100% renewable electricity.

WATER CONSUMPTION

We recognize the value that water has for both human life and nature.

Our sustainability program places great emphasis on water conservation, thereby actively demonstrating our commitment to environmental protection through the conservation of aquatic and marine ecosystems.

The hotel water is treated and sanitized thanks to a reverse osmosis system, and is heated by a solar thermal system.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

Waste management is an integral part of our policy as we actively contributes to the achievement of a more circular economy.

With the aim of becoming a Zero Waste Hotel, we have developed and implemented an integrated waste management strategy which translates into:

• careful separate collection, according to municipal indications, also available to hotel customers with clear information;
• reduction of the volume of waste, eliminating disposable items where possible.

USE OF ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPECTFUL PRODUCTS

Guided by a high sense of environmental awareness, we choose to use certified detergents and chemical products, with eco-friendly specifications both in terms of packaging and composition.

In this way we achieve an excellent balance between cleaning effectiveness and environmental protection, further underlining the statement that the safety of our guests, our partners and the natural environment is a top priority for us.

FREE FROM PLASTIC

With a greater sense of environmental responsibility and a desire to contribute to a more sustainable travel experience, we have implemented a program to make the hotel plastic-free, while promoting the use of reusable materials, recyclable and more environmentally friendly.

CONSERVATION OF BIODIVERSITY

We have developed partnerships with a number of organizations with the aim of protecting and preserving ecosystems, while also raising awareness among our guests and our hotel employees.

We believe electric cars are the future of mobility: for this reason, we have made a charging station for all electric vehicles available to our guests free of charge.

Furthermore, since 2018 we have been privileged partners of the Tesla and Porsche Destination Charging program.
